The Trustees of Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, November 27th, 2023 at 8:00 PM at the Township Hall, located at 7115 Hillvale St SE, East Canton. The public hearing will be discussing a proposed language amendment for Mobile Homes and recommendations from the Osnaburg Township Zoning Commission and Stark Country Regional Planning. The purposed language would conditionally permit mobile homes in R-R Rural Residential zoned areas when working on building a permanent home. Meeting is open to the public.
