The Zoning Commission of Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio gives notice that following their regular meeting on Monday April 21, 2025, a Public Hearing will be held at 7:15 PM at the Township Hall, located at 7115 Hillvale St SE, East Canton. The public hearing will be discussing a proposed language and map amendment for the Overlay Corridor District and recommendations from Stark County Regional Planning. The proposed amendment will add RT 44 South to the Corridor Overlay District. This district allows an additional zoning option to promote business growth opportunities on top of the existing zoning. Select parcels along RT 44 South from Rt 30 to the township line will be included in the Overlay Corridor District as shown in the proposed map. Meeting is open to the public.
