The Board of Trustees of Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio hereby gives notice by resolution #25-237 here passed on the 25th day of August, 2025 that the premises located at 3399 Indian Run Avenue SE, East Canton, Ohio 44730 is hereby declared insecure, unsafe, or structurally defective. Notice is hereby given to the titled owner William G. Miller, any unknown spouse of William G. Miller, any unknown heirs of William G. Miller and/or any unknown party in interest of the real estate located at 3399 Indian Run Avenue SE, East Canton, Ohio 44730 that unless said structure is removed, repaired, or secured within thirty (30) days of this notice, the Board of Township Trustees will take action to remove, repair, or secure said insecure, unsafe, or structurally defective structure and assess the costs against the property tax duplicate pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 505.86. Any party in interest is entitled to a hearing if so, requested in writing within twenty (20) days of posting of this notice. A written request for hearing must be made to the Township Fiscal Officer at 7115 Hillvale Street, East Canton, OH. 44730
