The Trustees of Osnaburg Township, Stark County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, January 9th, 2023 at 8:00 PM at the Township Hall, located at 7115 Hillvale St SE, East Canton. The public hearing will be discussing a proposed language and map amendment to create a Corridor Overlay District along U.S. 30 and S.R. 172 and recommendations from the Osnaburg Township Zoning Commission. The Corridor Overlay District will create a Layered Zoning over top the existing zoning for select parcels along U.S. 30 and S.R. 172. The purpose of this district is to encourage growth while protecting property owners along these corridors. Meeting is open to the public. By order of the Osnaburg Township Trustees
