Township Community Hall
The Town Hall was constructed to serve the residents of Osnaburg Township by providing a facility conducive to the conduct of public business. Since public funds made these facilities possible, the residents of Osnaburg Township are encouraged to use the Town Hall. Township Trustees have agreed that no monies shall be collected for Hall usage by Osnaburg Township residents. However, donations may be collected by Fiscal Office Secretary to continue to facilitate this policy for residents and to defray maintenance and cleaning costs. Private Township organizations or township residents desiring to use the Town Hall must complete a Town Hall Usage Agreement and submit it to the Fiscal Office Secretary for approval. The Agreement should be submitted at least one week prior to the date for which the reservation is requested. The Agreement will be reviewed and availability of the facilities determined by the Fiscal Office Secretary. The Fiscal Office Secretary will advise the applicant of the status of their request as soon as possible. The Agreement is not approved until the Fiscal Office Secretary has so advised the requesting applicant and Usage form is filed with Osnaburg Township. In the event that conflicts of dates occur the Fiscal Office Secretary will select the resident that requested the hall first.
