Safety is Our Priority One
Osnaburg Township Road Department maintains 56 ½ miles of road. Township roads consist of all the roads except state highways and county roads. Some of the services which the Road Department provides are repair of roads with hot mix asphalt and cold patch, chip and seal, berming, roadside ditch cleaning, snowplowing, sign maintenance, roadside mowing, tree and brush trimming within road right-of-way, culvert maintenance. The township employees 2 full time, 2-part time and 5 seasonal employees. All full time employees are required to have a commercial driver's license (CDL). Road crews also are responsible for maintenance of all township vehicles and equipment used in their course of work. Keeping up with our main priority of Public Safety Our Road Superintendent, would like all township residents to be aware that certain project and issues will take priority over other issues.
